The offer
What is TEMORA?
TEMORA provides medical device connectivity for care programs and health platforms. A hub in the patient's home collects readings from their medical devices and delivers them to the organization's platform in one consistent format. After a one-time setup, the patient simply takes the measurement.
Who is TEMORA for?
Remote patient monitoring programs and companies, virtual care platforms, home and senior care organizations, physicians and clinics that want to equip their patients, and health software companies or integrators that want to offer device readings in their product.
Does TEMORA replace our care platform?
No. Your platform remains responsible for patient records, clinical workflows and the care experience. TEMORA connects the devices and delivers the readings to it.
Does TEMORA provide care, clinical advice or a patient app?
No. TEMORA is a connectivity company. Clinical interpretation and care decisions stay with your organization, and patients don't need an app for their daily readings.
Patient experience
What does the patient need to do?
Once the hub is set up, the patient takes the measurement with their medical device. There is no app to open, no daily pairing and no manual upload. The hub handles the transmission.
Does "no patient app" mean there is no setup?
No. The hub, the patient's devices and the home Wi-Fi connection are prepared once, at the start. The point is to take that technical work out of the patient's daily routine. Who carries out the setup is agreed in your deployment plan.
Is it suitable for older adults or people without a smartphone?
That is one of the reasons the hub exists. The daily routine is centered on a familiar medical device rather than on a phone, which makes the same program easier to offer to people with different levels of comfort with technology.
Devices
Which medical devices work with TEMORA?
TEMORA connects medical devices from multiple brands used in home measurement programs, such as blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters and scales. Your deployment scope covers the exact models your program uses. Ask about a device.
Can we keep the devices we already use?
Often, yes. Share your current device list and we'll review each model with your program.
Are the brands shown TEMORA partners?
The brands shown identify manufacturers in the medical-device ecosystem. They do not indicate a partnership or endorsement.
How are devices prepared for our program?
TEMORA plans the device connections around the models selected for your program. Model review, hub preparation and connection testing are part of the deployment work.
Integration & data
What does our platform receive?
Readings with a consistent structure, whatever the device: measurement type, value, unit, time of measurement and device information. The exact fields and how readings are associated with your patients are defined with your team.
How does TEMORA connect to our platform?
Through an API integration scoped with your engineers: the receiving destination, required fields, authentication and patient association for your workflow.
We don't have a platform yet. Can we still work with TEMORA?
Yes. Tell us about your practice or program and the software you use today. We start by understanding your environment and discuss the setup that fits before any hub ships, so readings go to the software you choose.
How are security and data responsibilities handled?
They are part of the integration review: the data and identifiers exchanged, the receiving systems, hosting location, encryption, authentication, access control and retention requirements. Each party's responsibilities are documented in the deployment scope.
How does the hub connect to the internet?
Through Wi-Fi at the patient's home. Preparing that connection is part of the initial setup; the patient doesn't manage it for each reading.
Working together
How do we get started?
Share your program, your device list and your receiving platform, or tell us you don't have one yet. We work through compatibility, integration, setup and support to propose a practical deployment plan. Contact us.
What does a first project look like?
It is scoped around your selected devices, patient journey, platform and evaluation goals: a defined number of hubs, clear success criteria and agreed support. Timing and terms depend on that scope.
How is TEMORA priced?
We prepare a proposal based on your device selection, the number of hubs, the integration scope, deployment volume and support needs.
How can we measure the value for our program?
Agree on a baseline first, then track what matters to your operations: time spent onboarding patients, connectivity-related support contacts, and readings received compared with readings expected.
Who supports patients and staff?
Support ownership is defined before deployment: who patients contact, who replaces equipment, and how technical issues reach TEMORA.
What would you like to connect?
Tell us about your patients, your devices and your platform. We'll show you how TEMORA fits and what it takes to start.
